Halloween Parade will be held on October 27,2018 at 2:30 P.M., with line up beginning at 2:00 P.M.. The shed give away to follow at 4:00 P.M..

Trick or Treating will be held on October 31,2018 from 6 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

The Annual Holiday Kick Off is set  for December 1, 2018.Exact times and events are yet to be scheduled.Please join us for an organizational meeting Thursday, October 18,2018 at 6:00 P.M. at the Philipsburg Borough Building.

Applications and supporting documents can be picked up in the Borough Office.

Sewer payments,inspection fees, and tickets can be paid in the Borough Office.

Leaf season is upon us,the leaf machine will be out at the end of October, until then please have leaves bagged or on a tarp in order to be picked up.

Attention: If you have a sump pump in your basement going into the sewer system, this is illegal and could result in fines. If you need assistance in fixing this issue free of charge please contact the Borough Office at 814-342-3440
